Cold Steel Tanto Lite CS20T

Great knife, feels good in the hand, sharp enough to shave with, cuts beautifuly and well is well ballanced. The sheath leaves a bit to be desired, the knife falls out of it if the knife is not forced in, then it's difficult to get the knife out and when it does evenualy come out, at speed, it is very easy to hurt oneself or damage anything nearby. I'll be making a leather sheath for it. I would however recomend the knife, it should do well cutting biltong.

This is a beautiful knife I have three different sizes just nice for collection casees to show your knife off.
