The name of this ‘Pocket Knife’ is not preceded by the abbreviation, 'UK', for nothing. This pocket knife was specially produced to meet all the legal requirements recently stipulated in the UK. These requirements stated that pocket knives were not allowed to have a locking system nor be too large. Taking these legal requirements into account, Spyderco managed to produce a magnificent knife. The lack of a locking system is largely compensated by the distinct click you feel when opening the blade. You feel the same click while closing the blade. The index finger rests on a deep finger choil positioned on the blade and handle. If the blade inadvertently closes, your finger will prevent it from causing any accidents.
A tension-wire pocket clip can be positioned in 2 ways. This pocket knife is perfect for everyday use. And this applies to everyone, not only to residents and visitors to the UK.

My needs were very specific for this knife,it had to be UK legal carry,had to be fully ambidextrous as I’m a lefty,had to have a pocket clip and not be made in China this dramatically narrowed my choice,it came down to this or the Benchmade proper,I’ve got non legal Benchys and love them but the price on this won me over.so far I’m impressed very light but feels sturdy enough,it has a decent lockout but is still light to open,would recommend.
