The **Kai Wasabi Black steak knife set 6711S** is comprised of four steak knives with a blade length of 12 cm. The steak knives are a part of the Wasabi Black collection from Kai. With this collection, these top-quality Kai knives are now also available for a more affordable price.


The stainless steel, Daido 1K6 blade has a thin grind and is hardened up
to a hardness of 58 HRC. Because the knife doesn't have a crop you can use the entire edge. Not only great when using it, but also when sharpening it.


The D-shaped handle is made from a combination of bamboo powder and polypropylene. A sustainable and water-proof combination that also offers enough grip as you use the knife. With these steak knives from the Wasabi Black collection you introduce your kitchen to amazing knives.
