About Lion Sabatier Fuso Nitro+ knives
Lion Sabatier knives are a unique collection of Sabatier knives because Sabatier chose to make the Fuso Nitro+ knives from nitrogen-hardened Sandvik 14C28N steel. As a result the knives were left with a hardness which is, for Sabatier’s standards, remarkably high, at least 60 HRC! This hardness is perfect for maintaining the sharpness of the blade. Ideal when you aren’t looking forward to sharpening your blade on a regular basis.
The knives from the Fuso Nitro+ collection were grinded under an impressively small grinding angle. This makes each knife razor sharp and perfect to work with! The handle is slightly rougher than the blade and offers you enough grip. The Fuso collection is a very beautiful addition to Sabatier’s existing collections!
Tip: clean the knives by hand to prevent the metal from damaging!
