The **Maserin 986** is a fixed hunting knife with aspirations as a survival knife. The full tang blade is made from Böhler N690 steel. Stainless and abrasion-resistant. In terms of shapes the designer Max (Massimo Salice Sanna) mainly focused on the function. Shapes he, later on, changed to meet Italian design standards. The result is a stylish knife which functions extremely well. A wonderful combination between form and function. The shape of the blade is perfect for hunting purposes. A full belly for gutting and enough room to get close to the blade with your hand.


The cutting edge of the Maserin Hunting 986 is 7.7 cm. Placed just behind the blade you will find a finger groove which perfectly merges with the olive wooden handle. As such you can grab the 986 both at the back and the front of the handle. You can also remove the handles from the blade. Inside you will find a space of approximately 12x12x55 mm in which you can store a couple of storm matches, a fire steel, tinder, or a couple of bank notes.


A beautiful leather sheath is included to carry your Maserin Hunting 986 with you every day.
