With the Modestone Handy Pad 1991 you will always keep your important notes close. The notebooks are made from 80% CaCo3 (calcium carbonate, limestone) and 20% HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). This unique formula has made the paper nearly indestructible, oil and waterproof. In addition, it even works when you are not using a pen. You can namely write on it using an object containing metal.
Modestone’s story began when important notes written down by establisher Kalle were destroyed by water while he was serving in the Finnish army. The idea for a waterproof notebook was born.
