Full description
This Robert Herder K6M carving knife with continuous tang is a classic carving knife from the Robert Herder K-collection. The edge of the blade is fully sharpened and can be used from point to point. A sharp carving knife that can be used to cut meat. You can, however, also use it to cut fish. Because of the length of the blade it is perfect when slicing ham or salmon.
The pure stainless steel blade sharpened by hand according to the principle of the traditional "Solinger Dünnschliff". The result is a razor-sharp knife. The handle is made from plum wood. This wood is seamlessly attached to the blade with four rivets.
The ergonomics are also great. The handle with rounded shapes is slim and graceful and fits perfectly in hand. The K-collection was designed for cooking enthusiasts who want to use their kitchen knives intensively.
Most of Robert Herder's knives are made by hand and can therefore have a somewhat longer delivery time. This also means that the delivery time can sometimes differ from what is indicated on our website. If it is indicated that a knife is in stock, we actually have it in stock ourselves!
