UST Delta Stormproof Lighter, black

There are definitely cheaper lighters out there but none of them I've found to be as reliable as this one. This is as reliable as some expensive waterproof matches, if not more. Doesn't lose any gas either once you fill it. It does however run out faster than I'd like, even on a low flame. But it should last long enough depending what you're using it for obviously, how long you're out and whether or not you're able to take spare gas with you. Overall I bought this lighter solely for its reliability and it's served me well. Happy with this purchase. Buy cheap, buy twice.
