Excellent product. Razor sharp. flexible and excellent for filleting larger fish. Can cut tomatoes perfectly as well. Highly recommended.

The handle is rubber kind of material which is very helpful when hands are covered in sea slime. The blade is very flexible and sharp, it's a "Beast" of a knife would recommend.

I wanted to learn how to fillet various fish. The first help I git was to be told to get a very sharp and flexible knife and this one fits the bill very much so. Flexible, I was told, as it can follow the bone profile when slicing off the meat. Then I visited a superb fish shop in Sidmouth, if you are ever there I highly recommend them. Anyway, I order two lemon soles filleted. Whilst the super young man was filleting them I noticed he was using a very rigid knife. Upon asking the expert he just said that he doesn’t get along with the flexible knife! Oh well!
