The Miyabi 5000MCD shotoh 9 cm comes from the Zwilling J. A. Henckels factory in Seki, Japan. Striking are the ergonomically shaped handle with Masur birch D-shape and the beautiful drawing of damask steel on the blade.

Excellent knife beautifully made , I’m only an amateur cook but love to work with these amazing knives, excellent delivery too .
