Bon petit couteau de table, proposé pour la viande mais parfait pour tous les aliments (sauf les plus denses comme le fromage). Coupe comme un scalpel. Durée du tranchant satisfaisante pour de l'inox : Zwilling et WÜSTHOF ont cet avantage sur les autres marques de cuisine, la qualité de leur acier et de leur traitement thermique est clairement supérieure. Excellente fabrication (Solingen). La poignée est parfaite pour une main moyenne mais un peu petite pour une main plus large.
