The Tojiro Basic santoku knife is perfect when cutting, crushing and scooping meat, fish and vegetables. The Tojiro Basic nakiri is great for quickly cutting vegetables, fruit and herbs. The high blade allows you to safely guide the blade along your knuckles while chopping. The Tojiro Basic petty is the Japanese version of a paring knife. This small peeling knife is great for precision tasks like cutting and dicing your ingredients.

The blade is made from high-quality Japanese VG10 steel, laminated between two layers of 13-Chrome stainless steel. This ensures optimal sharpness and maximum corrosion resistance. The convex grind of the edge will retain its sharpness for a very long time, and it's easy to sharpen.
