The **Medford Micro Praetorian** is the slightly smaller version of the most famous Medford Knives knife. Stubby, robust and extremely solid: the Micro Praetorian is it all. 100% made in the United States, from American materials, by a veteran-run company. 

The Medford Micro Praetorian might look 'micro', but it is still a large knife! The CPM S35VN steel blade has a hand-sharpened hollow grind. This is a unique feature: hardly any producers apply grinds by hand. The blade is easy to open with the generous thumb slot. This might take some getting used to at first. When opened, a solid frame lock keeps the blade in place. Medford has pressed the stop-pin into the blade. As a result, it rests nice and symmetrically against the handle. This also adds strength.

CPM S35VN is a premium stainless steel. It has been one of the most popular types of steel on the market for many years. For a stainless steel, it is fairly tough and relatively easy to sharpen.

This version has a gold-coloured 'Art Nouveau' finish. It is very cool and entirely unique. The blade has a black PVD coating. The pocket clip and backspacer also have this coating.

Each Medford knife is handmade by talented knife makers. Therefore, individual variations will occur, making each knife unique. It takes approximately one year for Medford to ship their knives. Knives that are listed as in stock on our website are available and can be shipped immediately. So make sure you don't miss out: it might take a while for new stock to arrive!
