The Robert Herder straight classic bread knife follows in the footsteps of Robert Herder's famous mill knives. The serrations move smoothly through all kinds of bread, whether it's a soft-crusted loaf or a hard-crusted baguette. This knife isn't just limited to bread, though. The serrated blade can also be used to cut pies and cakes, as well as hard fruits and vegetables.
The pure stainless steel blade is sharpened by hand according to the traditional German "Solinger Dünnschliff" principle. The result is a razor-sharp knife. The handle is made from red beech wood, seamlessly attached to the blade with three rivets.
Robert Herder bread knife: pure craftsmanship
Most of Robert Herder's knives are made by hand to order, which can mean a somewhat longer delivery time. This also means the delivery time can sometimes differ from what is indicated on our website. If a knife is listed as in stock, we do already have it in stock.
