The Benchmade Mini Crooked River is the little brother of the popular Crooked River. This knife was incredibly popular but still considered to be a little too big for many people. The perfect answer is the Mini Crooked River: the same materials, shapes and properties, but smaller. Now, this knife may be called "Mini" by American standards, we think it's a great size. Big enough for almost all daily chores, compact enough to carry around in your pocket.

The blade has a traditional clip-point shape, the knife also uses modern materials and production methods. A strong combination of time-tested design and today's technological progress.

The blade has a classic clippoint shape made from CPM-S30V steel. This knife steel will not disappoint you in the field and can be sharpened well. You open the blade with the thumb rest and once opened, the blade is held securely in place by the Axis-lock.

The handle has steel liners for strength. These liners are milled to make the knife lighter. The bolsters are made from aluminium and the handle parts of stabilized wood. Together with the ergonomic handle design these provide a good grip. The backspacer and the "pivot collar" are enhanced with a nice orange colour and add some colour to this further modest knife. The pivot collar is the coloured ring around the pivot.
