The Case Small Texas Toothpick is a small and charming pocket knife. The handle is slim and wavy, like the blade inside. An amazing small pocket knife, great as an addition to your EDC collection, or for in a women’s purse. A fun little knife for smaller tasks such as peeling an apple or opening a box.
Case Tru-Sharp SS steel
The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS, a stainless type of steel which closely resembles 420HC steel. Characterizing for this type of steel is that you can quickly sharpen it.
Pocket Worn Old Red Bone
The handle is made from Pocket Worn Old Red Bone which is, in fact, cow bone enhanced with an interesting texture after which it has been given a colour and a nice polish. This classic material radiates class and elegance. It is completely in line with the look and feel of Case. In this case a Corn Cob texture was chosen. This shape was inspired by the texture of a corn cob.
The addition ‘Pocket Worn’ means that a little more attention was paid to the finish. As such the knife looks worn in, as if years of wearing it in your pocket gave it a nice polish.
Case Knives: traditional pocket knives
Case has been making pocket knives since 1889. Each knife is assembled and finished by hand which is unique for an American brand. As such each Case knife is unique. Case knives are very collectable and are great companions to your standard EDC pocket knife. Great as a gift, for yourself and for someone else.
