### ESEE 4: blade 

 The blade of the ESEE 4 is made from 1095 carbon steel. This type of steel is not stainless. Fortunately, the blade is protected by an extremely durable powder coating. The wonderful usage qualities of the steel guarantee a lifetime of fun. 

 

### ESEE 4: handle 

The full-tang blade is enhanced with a G10 handle. Some models in this collection feature a 3D, G10 handle. Earlier models have flat micarta scales. The 3D handle was added upon request of their customers. The traditional ESEE scales are flat and angular. These 3D scales are a lot more ergonomic. Because of the grooves you still have a lot of grip over the knife. With these scales the ESEE 4 has become a lot more versatile, even coming close to the traditional bushcraft knives. The ESEE 4 is a versatile medium-sized knife. Large enough for all-round use when camping and for bushcraft purposes. At the same time, it is compact enough to not look too 'over the top'.

You can carry the ESEE 4 in many different ways. The sheaths are available in different colours, and you can also order a belt clip or MOLLE back to go with your ESEE 4.
