Benchmade Adamas fixed knives

The folding knife was already known as exceptionally solid. The fixed Benchmade Adamas goes one step further: thicker blade, no pivot, and a sheath that lets you carry it the way you want. The heaviest thing Shane Sibert designed for this line.

The Adamas without a pivot

The blade is substantial, with a spine that is partly sharpened so the point goes through tough material more easily. On that same spine there are serrations you can use for sawing. Combined with the blade thickness, that gives you a knife you will dare to pry and split with. This is not a knife for fine cutting work, it is one for the jobs you would rather not risk with a thin blade.

Each knife comes with a length of paracord to wrap around the handle, for extra padding and grip. Without the wrap, it still feels excellent in the hand, partly thanks to the generous ridges where your thumb and index finger land.

The sheath comes with a Tek-Lok mounting system. Vertical on your belt, horizontal on your back or diagonal, and you can reposition it without tools.

You will find the same design as a folding knife in the Benchmade Adamas. If you want something lighter to carry fixed, look at the Benchmade Dacian.
