Features of the Work Sharp Precision Adjust
Strong clamp
Work Sharp designed a strong clamp to make it even easier to sharpen your knives and scissors. This clamp will hold your tool in place and can be rotated easily, allowing you to sharpen the other side of your knife with the same settings.
Adjustable sharpening angle
With the rotatable button on top of the sharpening system you can easily adjust the sharpening angle between 15 and 30 degrees. The sharpening system shows you the sharpening angle selected on the left side in steps of 5 degrees. On the right side, you'll find smaller steps of 1 degree.
Different grit sizes
The sharpening system comes with different diamond-coated sharpening stones, allowing you to sharpen from 220 grit until the fine 800 grit. For truly razor-sharp results, we recommend using a leather strop and ceramic sharpening stone.
