Tojiro Zen kitchen knives: traditional and light-weight
The Tojiro Zen collection radiates the Japanese tradition of knife-making. The relatively large traditional D-handle on these knives is made from light-weight oak wood. As a result the handle is incredibly light despite its size. The blade of the knives is comprised of three layers. A core of VG10-steel laminated in between two layers of 13-chrome steel. Small and compact or slightly larger in size.
