Victorinox Wood blade
The Victorinox Wood kitchen knives have a stainless-steel blade with a sharp, thin grind. It is the same steel that is used for the famous Victorinox Swiss pocket knives. This steel has great sharpness retention and is also easy to sharpen.
Victorinox Wood handle
The ergonomic handle is made from maple wood. This dark-coloured wood makes the knives look very elegant. The handle is sanded by hand for a comfortable grip. Because of the wooden handle, the knives are not dishwasher safe. So simply clean and dry them by hand after use!
