Eden Classic Damast kitchen knives: quality and elegance
The Eden Classic Damast collection slightly transformed in September of 2018. At first glance little seems to have changed, but the differences can be found in the details. The logo is more modern, the packaging improved and the blade is mostly comprised of a core of AUS-10 steel.
Like before these Eden kitchen knives are truly dazzling. The AUS-10 core is sandwiched in between multiple layers of Damasteel, giving the knives an exceptional look. The stunning black handle, comprised of composite linen and synthetic resin has been attached to the full-tang knife blade with three rivets.
Using the entire blade
When using the knife you can use the entire length of the razor-sharp blade because there is no thicker part in between the handle and the blade. This is also practical when you sharpen the knife. Sharpening the Eden Classic Damast knives is also not difficult at all, especially for knives with a relatively high carbon percentage (1.05).
Washing by hand
The kitchen knives from the Eden Classic Damast collection can best be washed by hand. Dishwashers can damage the steel and the handle. Detergent can affect the hardened steel and plastics, with, as a result, rust on the blade and dull handles. For that reason we strongly advise against placing our Eden knives in the dishwasher.
We are convinced of the quality of our own Eden kitchen knives. For that reason we hand out a 25-year warrantee on material and production errors.
